West Georgia Bigfoot Townhall (GA)

The very first West Georgia Bigfoot Townhall will be held at Macintosh Reserve Park in Whitesburg, Georgia, on Saturday, April 25th, 2026.

At the event will be Bigfoot field research teams, vendors, local artists, authors, and more! It’s a chance to meet fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts, swap stories!

This is a family friendly town hall, kids under 18 have free admission, adults 18 & up are $10.

There are primitive campsites available at the park. They currently have 50(+) primitive (no hook-ups/no water/no power) campsites available throughout the park. They do allow self-contained RV’s/campers/pull behinds; there is no dump station. Camping is limited to a maximum of 5 nights. All campers are required to register with a valid ID and tag numbers for all vehicles and no person may camp without a vehicle on site.

The primitive campsites are kind of like Gilligan’s Island:
No phone, no lights, no motor car,
Not a single luxury,
Like Robinson Crusoe,
It’s primitive as can be.
