Jersey Devil Fable Festival (NJ)

The 2026 Jersey Devil Fable Festival will be held in Asbury Park, New Jersey May 1, 2026 thru May 2, 2026. The event spotlights Jersey’s own Jersey Devil who is among the oldest monsters tales told in the United States, yet has only recently become known to the larger population.

The events kickoff on Friday evening with a dinner (ticket purchase required) in a haunted bank vault surrounded by the most haunted Dolls of The Paranormal Museum and followed by a special VIP tour of The Paranormal Museum. A Jersey Devil Film Festival is also scheduled.

Saturday brings a host of activities including: Cryptid Commons Street Fair, Tales of The Jersey Devil Walking Tour, March Of The Cryptids (costume contest), Pet Cryptid Contest, and a series of lectures. Time to start making that Jersey Devil costume for your pet goldfish!

Throughout the event psychics, vendors, authors, and podcasters will be available for all your New Jersey Devil needs.
