DESCRIPTION:The very first West Georgia Bigfoot Townhall will be held at Macintosh Reserve Park in Whitesburg\, Georgia\, on Saturday\, April 25th\, 2026. \nAt the event will be Bigfoot field research teams\, vendors\, local artists\, authors\, and more!  It’s a chance to meet fellow Bigfoot enthusiasts\, swap stories! \nThis is a family friendly town hall\, kids under 18 have free admission\, adults 18 & up are $10.  \nThere are primitive campsites available at the park.  They currently have 50(+) primitive (no hook-ups/no water/no power) campsites available throughout the park. They do allow self-contained RV’s/campers/pull behinds; there is no dump station. Camping is limited to a maximum of 5 nights. All campers are required to register with a valid ID and tag numbers for all vehicles and no person may camp without a vehicle on site.  \nThe primitive campsites are kind of like Gilligan’s Island:\nNo phone\, no lights\, no motor car\,\nNot a single luxury\,\nLike Robinson Crusoe\,\nIt’s primitive as can be.

This Bigfoot-themed dinner will feature food\, drinks\, music\, photos\, and mingling with special guests at Town of Estes Park Events Complex.  Don’t worry kids\, they don’t actually cook up a Bigfoot at the Bigfoot BBQ.  Those would be some mighty big ribs to eat though. \nOn Saturday\, the fun continues with a FREE outdoor festival in Bond Park.  Enjoy appearances and talks from TV Bigfoot celebrities and experts\, a half-marathon and 5K run\, Colorado Bigfoot stories\, film screenings\, live music\, family-friendly outdoor activities\, craft and food vendors\, a Bigfoot calling contest\, and so much more! \nNew this year are two film screenings on Saturday at the Historic Park Theatre\, the oldest continuously operating movie theater west of the Mississippi River\, built in 1913. “The High Strangeness of Colorado’s Bigfoot” will screen at 3 p.m.\, followed by the premiere of “SQUATCH” at 7 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:The Fouke Monster Festival will be held in Fouke\, Arkansas from April 25\, 2026 thru April 26\, 2026. This festival celebrates The Fouke Monster and The Legend of Boggy Creek.  It is an annual event dedicated to discussions\, presentations\, and lore related to the creature and other similar monsters.  The event includes a catered dinner and several guest speakers.  It’s a ticketed event so tickets need to be purchased ahead of time. \nThe Fouke Monster is a humanoid creature\, similar to descriptions of Bigfoot\, that was allegedly sighted in the rural town of Fouke\, Arkansas during the early 1970s.  The Fouke Monster first made local headlines in 1971 when it was reported to have attacked the home of Bobby and Elizabeth Ford on May 2\, 1971.  To this I say WTF – What the Fouke?
