Hocking Hills Bigfoot Festival (OH)

The Hocking Hills Bigfoot Festival will be held in McArthur, Ohio from August 14, 2026 thru August 15, 2026. The family-friendly festival, held at the Vinton County Fairgrounds, celebrates the outdoors, community, and most importantly Bigfoot in the Appalachian Region of Ohio with outdoors music, food, and fun.

With over 200 acres there’s plenty to do such as sign up for night hikes, enjoy speakers, listen to music and howl like a Squatch. You can also check out all the hand selected vendors and artisans as well as get an autograph from local and national speakers on the bigfoot phenomena. Unfortunately Bigfoot himself will not be available for autographs. He’s attending a monster truck rally that weekend.

Take a drive over to Lake Hope and check out the Moonville Tunnel or rent a kayak and go for a float. There really is no shortage of cool outdoors things to do during your visit to the Hocking Hills Bigfoot Festival.

Most everything is free with the exception of the VIP Dinner on Friday.
